Abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung: Unterstütze die schnelle Skalierung von Filu und erhalte tiefe Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche (Operations, Marketing, Product, Biz Dev oder Finance)
Bringe deinen strategischen und operativen Verstand ein: Strategische und operative Unterstützung für die Gründer und das Führungsteam
Eigenständige Projekte: Eigene Projekte, die direkt vom Gründerteam durchgeführt werden
Sei der Prozessguru: Bestehende Prozesse aufsetzen, hinterfragen und weiterentwickeln
Pawsitivity verbreiten: Trage zur offenen und unterstützenden Kultur von Filu bei

Wenn wir Dich backen könnten, bringst Du folgendes mit:

Erste Erfahrungen in einem wachstumsstarken Umfeld wie z. B. Start-up, Strategieberatung, VC, Investmentbanking
Du bist mind. im 4 Semester deines Studiums in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder Gesundheitsverwaltung oder hast bereits ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Taktvolle, ausgereifte Kommunikation, starke Teamarbeit und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
Volle Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
Idealerweise liebst du Haustiere oder besitzt sogar eines

If we could bake you, you bring the following:

First experience in a high-pace environment such as high-growth startup, strategy consulting, VC, investment banking
Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
Tactful, mature communication, strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Full working proficiency in German and English
Ideally, you love pets or even own one
